Treadmill run 20 min, then 4x 30sec sprints (which for me is only 6.6mph) with 1 min recovery in between. Than a few more minutes cool down to complete a 5K. Upper body stremgth and abs afterwards. I'm really tired! :-b


You really are! I did my strength and stretch today. Peer pressure still works. I may even play with the incline button tomorrow ... maybe. We'll see. Perhaps. Can I have a cookie? ha ha! Great job Monica!

Oh my that is hot! Nice TM run Monica. I've skivved off my strength and core workouts for the last 2 weeks. Getting back to it tomorrow, not looking forward to it but it really works, keep at it Monica!

Thank you so much, girls! Yes, incline! haha I started with 1% but just did 0.5 mile, yesterday I was tired and had the sprint repeats. Tomorrow I have to repeat this run, hope I manage some incline for longer.

Ah, yes do strength, When I started running 3 years ago, I was doing strength consistently for half a year. I think that's what held me together! lol And I need badly right now that I'm running overweight. It's been improving quickly. Felt very weak when I started 2 months ago, but I'm regaining strength quickly. The muscles are still there, just needed some awakening! :))
