      Thank you JO and Wildman! I think I was in a funk also due to the weather, two almost full days of pouring rain, that takes a toll on the mood! Today is beautiful again and I just came back from my walk, starving! Indeed, I'm moving forward bit by bit. :o)

      Thanks all! It's been pouring here for two days! No walk, but tomorrow I'll go. The challenge is crazy! specially for me that was inactive for a while. But it is actually helping me gain momentum, I need strength! but I'm not that crazy, I'm repeating week 2. :-)

      Thanks nikedaddy! I don't usually feel guilty about resting, just the opposite, it's my treat for working hard! It is the best, the body needs it, that's when it rebuilds itself stronger! Don't skip the rest day! :)

      Thanks nikedaddy and Joanne! yes, like ND said, girl pushups are on the knees. I wouldn't be able to do regular pushups properly, muscles are week. This is a way of keep doing them and gaining strength. Hope I can move up to doing part of them properly, once I gain more strength.

      Thanks Joanne! I've done this before, stopping completely because of my back, but all I gained from that were pounds! I need to lose weight and gain strength if I want to get back to running. I'm on a mission! :)
