Yes, it's done! Ran 6 miles with a friend and then finished the last 4 myself. Looked down at my Garmin in the last mile and saw that I was running in the 8s, and it felt good. I'm hoping that the 10s will become 9s, and the 9s will become 8s by the end of this training cycle!
