Time/distance are from my memory b/c I haven't uploaded the data from my Garmin. I am cutting way back on running, since I finished my marathon and will be starting P90X in a week, but I don't want to lose my fitness. I have been in serious training mode since June of 2009, and now that I am not, I realize what a huge part of my life it was. I feel a little lost without it! I'm trying to enjoy this break before I get into the mania of P90X (I'm a bit of an obsessive person, so I'll be into the diet, the bulletin boards, the workouts, etc.).
