I had to do my last long run on the TM b/c my husband played golf and left me with the kids. My left leg felt tight and my left knee was cranky. It was hot and humid in the gym - which, although miserable, I thought might be good in case (please NO) it's humid in New Orleans on race day. Anyway, got it done. I'm taking it super easy this week - I just want to make it to the start line!
