Finally, an outdoor run, LOL. Perfect negative splits (not too hard to do when the 1st half is all uphill and the 2nd half is downhill). Anxiety is revving high today though (taper madness, maybe?), so on the 1st half of the run, I was fighting thoughts that my breathing felt off and that maybe I was going to have an exercise-induced asthma attack (mild versions of this have happened to me 2 times over the years). I knew it was hogwash, but the thoughts would not go away. I just kept running, though - and said a prayer that those bogus thoughts would take a hike, LOL.


Great job! Weren't you the one who said you were giving up the taper for Lent?
