Ran with a friend who met up to watch us at the RnR half. Gorgeous weather, overcast, misty, humid but cool. Ahhh, it we had this in NM I'd be in heaven.

AWESOME job!!! I'm the same with the 'start slow, increase pace at the end'...You are going to do so good in your 1/2! Me, not so much. I have NOT been training, & am feeling a little scared & a whole lot of regret. I can't just blame the weather; it's a lot of stuff, but it is hard to get motivated when you never see the sun. Hopefully tomorrow...

We would be great training partners then. It takes me forever to warm up. Be easy on yourself. Just do what you can for your half and know that you did your best for the time being. Don't regret anything, you are only bashing yourself and that is NOT necessary. Think about it, you do sooo much more than a TON of people to keep yourself healthy and beautiful. Take care and get that 1/2 done even if you're walking a lot of it.

Thanks everyone. It's amazing to me that I could due 13 miles in June and now I'm struggling with 3! I HATE the heat. Christina, yes, let's motivate..... how bout 10 miles a week to start.
