I DID IT!! My first half marathon! Ran and walked the distance, enjoyed the atmosphere and running with my buddy Lindsay. It was a GREAT experience!

Rye is going to be a great running partner! Slow warm up, then stretching, then solid running for about 1.25 miles, stretching, then walk back home. We both loved it!
