  3. RUN
great Group run 13.5 mi 02:38 11:44 pace

This was Amy's 20 miler and she didn't make it. She's got PF so there goes my training buddy. Fortunately, new girl came today, also doing MCM, she did 12.5 with me (she had strep!) ... read more

  4. RUN
    great 'hood 5.85 mi 01:05 11:07 pace

Somewhere between mile 3 and 4 I stopped home for an ibuprofen for my ankle, then kept going. Should have taken it before I left because it got a little rough.

Meh, it's been bugging me for weeks now and I just keep pushing through, I am too stubborn and I am slower so it's not like I am pushing myself. I just need to take a pill before I leave rather than waiting.

  6. RUN
great Step back week 13.52 mi 02:36 11:34 pace

  8. RUN
    great hood 4 mi 00:46 11:30 pace

:( My ankle is really bothering me. First time I went out since the 17 nearly killed me, I was so sore! Going to ice the ankle and pray.

  9. RUN
great OMG all over. 17 mi 03:12 11:16 pace

Regardless of the distance, anything over 13, I kind of want to give up on life and die at the last mile. Other than that it went great. :)

  10. walk
    great 'Hood 3 mi 00:45 15:00 pace

Went out with the stroller and ran for a split second then decided to walk. Was supposed to get my deep tissue today and she rescheduled. Wahhhh.

  14. RUN
    great 'Hood 7 mi 01:15 10:39 pace

Pretty sure the armadillo and whatever else it was (possum? Another Armadillo?) scared me just as much as I did them! It's so dark I can run under stars at 5!

Yeah, that's life on the eastern edge of the time zone (vs. Utah where you're on the western edge). I wonder what it was! Probably possum. But yeah, scary when another living, breathing critter appears.

One was for sure an armadillo... the one that really got me though it was too dark to see!
