      I think the runner's rule of thumb is: if you are feeling sick below the clavicles don't run! Anything above, your probably ok. OR just see how you feel in the morning :)

      Also, I think you said you are doing Phoenix Marathon correct? Next week still gives you 3 weeks to taper. (I got worried I hadn't allowed myself enough time and checked again! haha)
