Considering I waited an extra hour and 20 minutes later than planned for this awesome interval session, PLUS fell asleep 20 minutes BEFORE hand..... the jog and walk workout went well even though I was literally still asleep the first half. hahaha! Thanks for the company Miss Mesha!
