Wait wait wait! You can't really stop at 5.99 miles and not go to 6.0!!! Now we gave James a hard time for entering 5.98 miles a couple weeks ago. Can we grant you a bonus tenth - it just looks wrong! jk - nice workout though. I've never been able to read and workout - I can listen to music, that's about it.

The bike and elliptical I time and just get in what I can during that time frame....now as for running, I could never stop at 5.99. Running has to be in even increments for distance!

Yes! The heat makes all the difference. Also, this loop seems like it should be easy, but it's not. I never feel awesome after running the hood, but it does feel good to get it done. Nice job!
