    Positive splits, a stitch in my side and no runner's high what-so-ever. But I did hear a cricket and smell fresh baked bread coming from somewhere on the way home. So it balanced out a little.

    Finished in the upright position. For my first 10K and the longest race I've ever attempted, I feel pretty good. Actually glad that all the build up is over and I can move on to the next race.
