Depends - a treadmill on a 0 incline is going to be easier than running outdoors because of the complete lack of resistance. At some point, when you start upping the incline your pace on a treadmill is actually considered to be slower than what your pace outdoors would be. This is what I usually go by: http://www.hillrunner.com/training/tmillchart.php Either way, good going - dreadmills aren't always the easiest mentally to run on to begin with so any distance is good distance :)

Finished in the upright position. For my first 10K and the longest race I've ever attempted, I feel pretty good. Actually glad that all the build up is over and I can move on to the next race.
