    40 flights of stairs in 9:48. Great practice for Trek up the Tower.

    walk 2 laps, run 2 laps, walk 2 laps, run 2 laps, walk 2 laps. Total distance 1.25 miles. Felt good. Need to make sure that I'm not twisting my knees on the turns. My knees are a little sore today.

    Rode for about an hour and 10 minutes. This was a session led by Joe- he always kicks my butt. I felt strong and was able to stay in some bigger gears when doing hill climbs.
