Hamstrings machine thing. 2 sets of 10 at 35 lbs, then 2 sets of 15 each leg at 15 lbs.
lat pull down 45 labs 1 set of 20
Lunges 2 laps with 9 lbs weights.
lunges 1 lap with 9 lb weight, side to side thing. Whew.
1 legged squat 2 sets of 15. ouch.
some stretching. Should do some more.
