    great Sunday's run done on Thursday 10 km

    Did the first 7K with Melanie and the rest on my own.

    Hill repeats on College Hill 9.5 km

    Tried some new-to-me hills tonight with the marathon group. Six hill repeats on Windsor, Graham, Hanson and Kitchen. Tough but rewarding.

    The snow forced me inside. Felt better than I thought it would, but still pretty terrible toward the end.
