Ran my first half marathon on an injured IT band. Lots of hills just made me more proud when I finished. Ran with my dad; my mom, sister and brother-in-law also participated. Great day.

The cold went below -30 and I couldn't get my plan in gear to go find a treadmill, so I did an at-home workout of Zumba (Wii) and Jillian Michael's power yoga (YouTube).
