    Skipped my run last night so I had to make up for it with a double workout day. Felt awesome out there.

    Felt easier to make it to 2K today. Think I'm improving.

    Only stayed in for 50 minutes today and took it easy thanks to a strained muscle from Saturday's race. Mostly did pull.

    A little tired but I stayed in the pool instead of giving up. Tried some butterfly and did a 100 IM at the end.

    Tried some new-to-me hills tonight with the marathon group. Six hill repeats on Windsor, Graham, Hanson and Kitchen. Tough but rewarding.
