    The sand was so compact and it was just sunny enough. Best decision to wake-up and go for a morning run.

    I ran around an inside track at the resort we stayed at for spring break. I now realize why I hate running inside no matter the distance.

    I haven't run 5 in awhile but it was a beautiful morning and an even better run! I was so proud of myself for pushing and getting it done.

    A nice loop around campus and it felt great. I kept a very steady pace and only walked once. Had 2 quick inclines and 2 steadily growing ones.

      Me too. I've been having to take my work-outs real light for almost a year. But now I'm being able to get into it again and it feels great.
