Had to stop running at the 15 minute mark, because my right soleus tightened up. Not a "real" injury, but getting worse during the run and indicating I should back off. This was better than the preceding Tuesday (soleus didn't let me start) or Thursday (soleus stopped me after about two and a half minutes).
