      2 weeks is not a long break. I have not ran for a while because I need new contacts, so I am trying to stay motivated by walking daily... if I stopped getting out there altogether, it would be months before I found my motivation again!

      Alternate your weeks week one run Mon,Wed,Fri and the week two run Tue, Thur. and then repeat. but your right just keep getting out there!!!
