    Felt slow today. Had to walk at about 1.5 miles. To the "T" was downhill, back home was a gradual uphill. BUT, I did it! ;-)

    Ran the whole way! Slowly - but running! WOOT! Still at that darn 14 min mile! Need to pick up the pace! Now onto Ashley's challenge of the day! Will post later if I complete it. ;-)

    I am a little shaky in the am. I like to get my workouts done right away, but maybe that isn't the best idea for yoga.

      yeah, I'm not flexible enough in the morning for much exercise. I have to wait. But maybe if you keep at it in the am, your body will get used to it? Good for you either way!

    I weeded the entire front- wow- we had a lot of mother loving weeds. Gone now. Entire huge yard waste bin that was once empty is now packed, along with the wheel barrow. Now I need flowers!

    The 4 of us (Mia included) walked to Cafe Ladro this am for some drinks and sunshine! Mia's longest walk by far. She did good.
