I decided to bring my running clothes and get my miles in on the BWI Trail after work. Luckily, I work right across the street from one of the trail entrances, so I took off to get my 4 miles in. For some reason, I always run faster when I am running on the trail. Maybe because I want to get my miles in and get home, or maybe it's because I feel a little weary about being on the trails alone. Hopefully now that it is getting warmer, there will be more people out on the trail. Either way, I was happy to run splits of 8:21, 9:01, 9:05 and 8:54. Happy to be off to a good start for the week :)
