Went out for an early ride this morning. Past Meadowhell, no stopping!! Happy with the 22 miles. Not happy with a 'roadie' coming past me up a hill as though I was stopped! Bloody show of... read more

Could have took the easy route and caught the X57 to mum and dads to pick up the car but thought I might as well just get the trusty Cube out and go on a quick explore on the way there. Wowsers! To... read more

Still not feeling great but the sun was out and I would feel guilty if I didn't have a ride. Flamin' loads of mud about so clean the bike AGAIN!

Did the in-laws this morning, costa coffee then F1 practice. No matter how boring it was! Then the sun was still out so just went out for a jaunt over the bridge just because I can and wanted to.

No persuading needed as soon as the sun came out. Headed for a combi ride, on/off road. Mud on my legs from the sloppy bits smells particularly like horse crap!

Because of a stomach operation I had 3 years ago, it leaves me with a B12 deficiency so I am supposed to have 1 every 3 months.
B12, also called cobalamin, is a water soluble vitamin naturally produced by a gut bacteria that feeds on the cobalt of the soil (hence the name ‘cobalamin’). This vitamin helps the body to properly form red blood cells, grow tissues, replicate DNA.
