    good Biodiversity, Gurgaon to Nehr... 38 km 05:10 13:07 pace

    Started at 2.50 am and finished at 8.30 am. Group run with Lots of walking and trail running and eating. Dint feel the distance pass at all! Time does not include the 1/2 hours break at Nehru Park.

      Very nice Mithika especially with the wildlife! Somtimes i feel the wildlife are much tamer than "you know who" in Gurgaon!!

    Joined a group of Ultra runners who are training for Bangalore and know all the fun places to run here. 15 min warm up and 15 min cool down and the 8 hill repeats. YAY!

    Warm up run (not that I needed to get any warmer) and then lunges, squats and pressups. Tried some ITB stretches cause I can feel it start again...sigh :(
