    Supposed to be an easy run but I decided to push a little harder. I was tired but not in as much pain as usual.

    Only had about 20 minutes to run. Ran at a much faster pace than I am used to and it went fine.

  8. I'm had a small break from training this last week. I was out of town with very little time to run so I only logged 3 miles last week. Hopefully I can pick right back up this week.
