I completed my goal in 2013-by running my first 1/2 marathon. Now-I want to make a PR in my 2nd attempt in a 1/2 by the end of 2014...I think I can!

    Coming off a week of ZERO running due to lower back issues..HATCH took a break from her normal Saturday running group and hit the pavement-quite enjoyable and missed running with that gal!

    Jaz hasn't ran in a year--so after walking 2 weeks..I chose to see how a mile would do--she did pretty well--but started to steps my 80 lb lap steps!
