    Well..not the best ever. May not be recovered from Tuesday, HR was too high and according to the garmin, overreaching. Pace was not that fast for high HR. Tomorrow will be slower. TE 5

      Yes, that is forsure. I am just pretty tired from my two 22 milers. I have to run tomorrow, Sat and Sun then REST day for me. Sunday is only 12, so it should be ok. I hope you are feeling good! See ya soon!!

    Double today. Not really scheduled by tomorrow's run may not happen. Got in another 14 miles, for a total of 22 today. Felt good. Avg HR 150.

    Sand, hills, stairs, and friends. Good day! Needed 25 miles, but ran out of time, had to get to Autumn's cheer competition. They got 2nd place! : )
