    Did this at the track this morning with Keeley. We did 4 laps. Increased the push ups to 15 and squats to 20. The lunges ended up being 60 each lap for a total of 240...ouch!

      Wow--I want to find a track where I can try this! Were you sprinting the runs or using them as a sort of breath-catcher between exercises?

      What do you mean how do I track it? I keep my phone with me so I can look at what is next after each lap. We are at the track so one lap around is 1/4 mile.
