    I ran lots of hills in the surrounding neighborhoods. I just feel fat, flabby and out of shape. Not quite sure how I'm going to "run" a 10K in 2 weeks??!!

      Cold weather is so hard to dress for when you run! When I ran (pre-injury) I would be so cold and then have to strip my gloves and/or jacket after about 2 miles lol. Was a sight I am sure.

      That's rough! I usually have the opposite problem and way overdress. I love that you turn commutes into runs--it's such a good idea!

      Ah!!! So glad you were able to get away for a bit. Important to have time for yourself!!! So cool that you can make milk (weird factoid....apparently men can too if given the right stimulation and perhaps some hormone....something to consider lol).

    Fed the baby, put him in his swing and left him upstairs with dad while I ran in the basement with the girls. Baby was screaming when I came back upstairs. The 30 minute break was nice.

    Ryder at one week old...just two more weeks until I can start running again! I think carrying an almost 11 pound baby has wrecked my body for good...I'm anxious to get back in shape!

    Ryder Jay Kneifl was born at 9:37am on Tuesday December 16th. Ryder weighed a whopping 10lbs 9ounces and is 21 inches long. He is my chubby little reindeer and our holiday blessing!

    Just shy of 39 weeks. We will meet our little guy on Tuesday at 9:15!! I'm looking forward to my return to running, but that won't be until January. Happy Holidays to all!
