Fabulous run! You are still fast even with the baby on board!! Wow!! Sounds like a good plan to stick to the bike and elliptical. You'll be getting enough of a workout after the little one has arrived...and the weeks will fly by!!!

Felt a little nauseous today, but kept at it for 30 minutes. The workouts are becoming less frequent.

Great going Missy!! How's the baby inside doing? Is he turning a lot? Is he sending any messages :D I'm excited for you :) I'm so impressed at your speed when you're running carrying a whole other little person!!

Oh, I recently read an article saying that going through pregnancy can actually have lasting positive effects on running ability. Something about the blood volume (among other things). Well done!

Yes...he moves a lot! He's been more active than either of the girls were. Both of my girls weighed over 9 pounds at birth and I'm starting to wonder how big this one will be!

Still fantastic!!! How long can you run through a pregnancy? It must get brutally difficult as things get heavier....oh, and I imagine there must be bladder issues.
