    Ryder at one week old...just two more weeks until I can start running again! I think carrying an almost 11 pound baby has wrecked my body for good...I'm anxious to get back in shape!

    Ryder Jay Kneifl was born at 9:37am on Tuesday December 16th. Ryder weighed a whopping 10lbs 9ounces and is 21 inches long. He is my chubby little reindeer and our holiday blessing!

    Just shy of 39 weeks. We will meet our little guy on Tuesday at 9:15!! I'm looking forward to my return to running, but that won't be until January. Happy Holidays to all!

      Fabulous run! You are still fast even with the baby on board!! Wow!! Sounds like a good plan to stick to the bike and elliptical. You'll be getting enough of a workout after the little one has arrived...and the weeks will fly by!!!

    Felt a little nauseous today, but kept at it for 30 minutes. The workouts are becoming less frequent.

      Oh, I recently read an article saying that going through pregnancy can actually have lasting positive effects on running ability. Something about the blood volume (among other things). Well done!

      Yes...he moves a lot! He's been more active than either of the girls were. Both of my girls weighed over 9 pounds at birth and I'm starting to wonder how big this one will be!

    I put the girls in YCare and they close at noon on Saturdays, so that's all the time I had. I watched the Texas/Oklahoma game.

    My parents watched the girls so my hubby and I could go for a little jog. We jog/walked from there house to the JR High, ran a mile on the track and back.

      Still fantastic!!! How long can you run through a pregnancy? It must get brutally difficult as things get heavier....oh, and I imagine there must be bladder issues.
