    Great class with Dori M. and her fiance and my coworker. Unlike Dori, I hate pike planks with sliding discs, and any kind of push ups. Besides that, loved it!

    I felt really sore and like I couldn't do anything but still great! Push ups with mountain climbers, lots of jump backs, and yeah other hard things.

    Felt tired...and still sore from working out for 3 hours on Saturday! I did most exercises the lazy way but still glad I went.

    I taught for 15 minutes...suprise! Nothing else to say about that. Then I took 2 other instructors' classes for 15-20 min. each. Great workout but just so scary.
