    I really like these work outs. I was sore this morning from yesterday. It's weird but I like that after workout sore. It means I am doing something right.

    Wow was this tough. It was at Gunstock Mountain in NH. Up and down the mountain 3 times. I got through every obstacle. My team was amazing. We really stuck together.
