Hundred Pushups, Daily Challenge, Daily Yoga, Two Hundred Sit-Ups Challenge
Keeping busy with my family. Try to get them outside, Love to go on hikes, Bike rides or walks. But, When they are content inside, I hop on the treadmill and read a book-good break! Always looking for some motivation to keep me moving!
To get a run in several days each week. Map out some new loops from the house.
