    Pace group night but since it was my first run since the 50miler I let Josh have my group and I ran with the 9mm group. Last mile was an extra loop with Nancy at a 7:30 and the legs felt great!

    My legs have been through a lot this week...the first half mile I just wanted to turn around. Eventually I loosened up and pulled out a great 11 miler. Thanks Josh for the company

    My long run turned into a marathon plus. I just kept going. Only 9 days since Big Sur and my legs knew it. Walked more than I would have liked but all in all I'm happy with this training run.
