oooooh tendon pain! Supposed to run 8 miles but nagging tendon pain set in. Stopped after 3ish, then did the bike for 20 minutes. Oivey. Hoping tomorrow's 4 miler is better.

    Ugh, I had tendon pain yesterday. I took it easy, I don't want to put myself out of commission for months.
