    30 minute tempo run on the schedule. Started out super tired, but ended up running a little longer- 40 minutes, then cooling down

    Xtraining day. Had planned for more acivities but the baby woke up

    Attempting intervals! 5x400 at 7.6 mph. Proceeded and followed by some walking and running- ended up with 4.75 miles walk/run total.
