    really more of a stroll in the fresh air.. watched the dogs in the dog park, watched the kids play soccer, watched the playground.. nice relaxing fun

    hard, like last time, but at least I didn't want to puke. I got through it and felt tired, but good. Tabata and kettlebells did not defeat me. Did renegades and didn't fall on my face!!

      No.. Imagine more like failed jock from High School with something to prove (in our case, I guess the closest thing would be failed Lacrosse lackey) Next time you are home, you have to come. He'll break you too.
