My legs felt amazing, but my brain was nearly asleep. This was one of the most sleepy, dazy, nearly dizzy runs I've been on in a long time. I'm too busy these days! I need some rest! This was also my 8th running day in a row. I'm taking my rest day tomorrow so I can train into NYC for the broadway production of Newsies :D and train home.
Long day tomorrow for sure!


Rockstar stuff Bobbie. Just be carefull not 2 blow the engine. The rest day sounds like an excellent plan.
