Great to be back on the bike but I was very unfit. My HR shot up very quickly which means I need to spend more time training. But I really love my bike.

Winter is definitely on it's way and it was hard to get to the pool but I loved it when I was there. It's been great to have friends to swim with as well:)

Had a stack on the mountain bike today. I made it up all the hills I couldn't do next week and fell over into a spiky bush. Oh well, nothing is broken and must try again next time:)

Really odd ride, cut it short as I was blacking out and getting dizzy. I don't think I ate enough but had no food with me so had to turn around and go home.
