    Beautiful mid day ride through France (yesterday). I had a mountain bike accident over the weekend so it was nice to get back on the bike. I was a little shaky

    Great to be back on the bike but I was very unfit. My HR shot up very quickly which means I need to spend more time training. But I really love my bike.

    Had a stack on the mountain bike today. I made it up all the hills I couldn't do next week and fell over into a spiky bush. Oh well, nothing is broken and must try again next time:)

      I hear ya about the sleep. This was night #3 where I was unable to sleep. Feeling worn out, but not sleepy. Weird. Hope you find some rest!

    I was tired for this one but really enjoyed it anyway. It's hard coming back after 8 weeks off. Just waiting for those quads to switch on

    I did a 400 and 200m time trial and it hurt, particularly as I'm very unfit. At least I can only improve:)

    Really odd ride, cut it short as I was blacking out and getting dizzy. I don't think I ate enough but had no food with me so had to turn around and go home.
