No, don't have an app, which one do you use? I started a program on Nike+ but haven't really followed it because I never remember to log on before I go out.

It's called C25K and it's kind of green and grey with a white 'man' and 5K on the logo. It's pretty good, you can set your music and it tells you when to run and when to walk :)
