great Spring Thaw + 11.16 mi 01:56 10:25 pace

Spring Thaw 10 Miler - 1:45:56. Felt pretty good through the whole race, started with the 10:30 pacer but they took off way too fast. So I slowed down to try and run 10:30's without the pace group. Finished the race and continued my run back to the ice rink to my car - 12.3 total for the day :)
