    Helped out with the C28k group again. We did 9 min run 1 min walk intervals. Timed out pretty perfectly with the big hills. Did 3.6 with them and I went back out on my own to get 5

      Nice ride! My parents used to have a camp along that road, and my grandparents used to live at the end near Hillville. I spent a lot of time there and miss it! Beautiful along the river for a bike ride!

    I ran 2.85 helping out with the C28k group. We did some hills and some 30 second bursts. Then finished off on my own to get 4. Rained the whole time. Loved every soaking minute of it!

      ur awesome..that was a challenging course for me for some reason..I did the 10K and my pace was off, I've only done 5k's and half marathons...need to get the 10K pace down for my next one..
