    Been gone from it for two weeks. Felt great, no calf pain at all. 17 sprinting intervals!! Yes!!!

    Mowed the front yard, trimmed around the beds and then cleaned up the plum tree a bit. Dumped all the yardwaste from the pool and back porch areas into the big bin for pickup.
