Long Run! Hal says 11 Miles, so 11 miles it is. 11 Miles with some decent hills thrown in. Will update with elevation details once I download off the Garmin. It was very windy out there today. This run took in Diana Drive, Wairau to Sunset, Down to Kitchener, round the back of the Lake and back to Diana Drive. Good to have Week 4 done and dusted!

    Thanks guys. I was a bit surprised when I saw my pace at the end as I purposefully didn't look at the Garmin the whole way because I just wanted to run by feel and not push it too much.
