    Nothing too fast. The aim was to ride some nice hills and concentrate on form rather than attacking. It's amazing how much easier proper form makes hills. 796m of ascent in these 40k's.

      Cheers guys. Welcome back Joy :D Caleb is doing really well. Love him to bits. I think even though he is 18 months he is at that toddler/two year old stage now where you eat something, he is on your lap trying to take it out your mouth lol. He says so many words as well now. Awesome :)

      Cheers guys :) I just checked and this ride had 921m of elevation in the 55km! No wonder I felt it in the legs lol. The drainage work has worn me out! Real hard x training! But if it means dry lawns for the little boy to play on then I'm happy :)
