    Did this at 05:30 so that I could spend the day with Nicole and Caleb. I am going to the NZ International Airshow as we got free tickets.

    Total climbing of 1330m. Quite a bit of headwind, providing much needed intensity. I can feel my weight loss and body re-composition starting to count! More motivation to continue!

      You definitely will increase speed with mass loss! But remember when you were fueling for body sculpting that was for weight training and lower intensity cardio as opposed to endurance you do now.

    Got severe stomach cramps around 30k in so cut it short and limped my way home in pain.
