    I really hate the treadmill. Goal was 30 min (1 min was cool down) and I made it to my goal. I'm particularly happy about that.

      I actually stopped the treadmill at 25 min...but then decided I could suffer FIVE MORE MINUTES and started it back up. LOL :) I'm such a baby.

    It is the treadmill...what can I say? Trying to work on speed - I've gotten slower the past couple months. Like it or not - treadmills work pretty good at picking that up. :-P
