      Have you tried icing it, or rolling your foot over a soup can? Sometimes that helps relieve the pain. Excellent idea to see the Dr., Please keep us posted on your condition & progress. Take care!

      I hear ya. One of my favorite runs is from my house up to Lanesville School and back (about 4 miles). But a lot of open fields as well :)

    Easy 10k on my hilly rout, had some killer headwinds today but when I check my Garmin I'm running faster into the winds anyone else do this? Lol

      Thanks Roxanne:) an @Angie I'm pretty new to running, I started in October 2010 an lanesville 8mile is September I think? So I haven't done the race, however I have run the course "its 10 miles though from my house around an back" but I think I ran it the opposite direction they do in the race

      been there done that! sorry - it will take a while to heal. That's why they designed shoes for barefoot running....so people like us won't rub our skin off completely! nice run though!

    I Never wear my heart rate monitor so decided to play with it on the treadmill today, pushed it as hard as I could at the very end an got it up to 181 (shouldn't it go higher?)
