Couldn't get to the hill, so just rode the 11min 30sec intervals on a high gear. End of ride was in the dark in traffic. The Cygolite is good and it's really hard for me to not belt in traffic. So recovery post intervals wasn't too good. The wine is working hard to fix that.

I love wine (reds), but find it difficult to ride hard the next morning. Maybe, I need more wine than I drink :)

Rajesh, hill intervals. I was supposed to be climbing for that duration. It's a workout from someone I trust and with a LOT of experience.

One effort, but I'm supposed to build it slowly. Go to, say, 6 beats below LT, then gradually go up by a beat at a time during the climb, but not exceeding LT.
