Quick ride out and then WHAT IS THAT WIND??? Crazy headwinds--turned into a real slog fest.

4x6min, 1x7 (finished the hill). Amazing tail wind for the first three, got really far down SSR and then struggled into the headwind on the way back.

Smallest Sunday train I've seen--just Shankar and me. Nice ride out to Nandi, one climb and a post-brekker partial climb for me. Got to drive home after lunch.

Heh heh, yeah I'm quite enjoying it now. Was at a friend's house the other evening--was way too late for a bike ride, so I just ran home. It's nice how running can squeeze into the day so much easier.
