Measured in for the wellness challenge today. Focus will need to be sit-ups and push-ups as I could only muster 25 of each in the 60 seconds given. Rocked the yoga based items... flexibility and plank. Did ok on the grip test to. Not sure how. All those video games? Skipped the run. Now the fun begins... Train..Train...Train
