good Genesis Riverside Run 10k 6.2 mi 00:54 08:41 pace
15.27 - 2 mile split (yep... started too fast), Hills were manageable but running on gravel was a new one for me! All in all... great run! 55 min goal... exceeded!!! :)

No, I ran a 10k last year in 55:06. You will do awesome! 10k are fun, it's everything after that I'm worried about... baby steps for me... but I'll get there.
