      that's an interesting explanation. for me a makeup run is when I skip a day and have to make it up. good run on a humid day. hope your recital goes well.

      Mili: Don't worry. may be it is just stress from work. try to sleep in earlier so that you can wake up in the morning.
      And if still you dont feel like running, go for a walk outside for the same duration.
      It is just a phase, it will get over sooner than you realise :)

      Go to bed early! Most important...when the alarm rings, don't think..just get out and wash your face. Think and you'll convince yourself very logically why you shouldn't be running that day!!! Believe me....I'm in the same boat and its the only way you can sustain your program.

      Thanks Martin. Yes it is hot in Delhi. I was surprised that I stopped twice in that 45min run to take rest and drink water.
