Weird, same happened with my friend. The concept behind it is to break traditional view of "sexy". Basically it's saying if you're a runner, you're sexy. Haha here's a link: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=group_230520990303149&ap=1

RUN
blah Horrible run 2 mi 00:26 13:00 pace
I'm losing faith in Nike+. It said I was 1.5 laps short when I was at 2 or 2.25 miles. I lost track. Diet didn't help my run, either... Bleh. Let's try again tomorrow, shall we?

Thanks, you guy! And it turns out it was my gps. My phone most likely triangulates my position instead of using true gps.... Which would explain a lot. Fixed, now, though! =)

@Kendall: thanks! Hopefully training will have the same effect on my life. God knows I can certainly use it!
@Tim: thanks for that! I plan to slowly ease myself back into it... Even though I don't want to. Haha
@Gina: that's great! Maybe we'll cross paths while training or even race day!

good Fresno State 3 mi 00:41 13:39 pace
I've been off for quite a while because of my knee. It's getting better but apparently affecting my runs. Oh well, at least I can run again. =)

So far this week my knee flared up, my foot started hurting, and my shin splints flared. looks like more stretching and icing for me..

I've been sick all week. I feel well enough to run today, but might as well take advantage of my rest day and prepare for my long run tomorrow. 10 miles!

Could have been better, but I made it all the way. I was tired, thirsty, hungry, and not adequately warmed up. Note to self, be better fed, hydrated and warmed up next time.
